Free Standard Shipping Worldwide

We offer free standard shipping on every order, worldwide.

If you need your order sooner, paid express shipping is available at checkout.

Production Time

All Pip & Stitch products are personalised and made to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to create and prepare your order for dispatch. Production time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Standard Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, typical standard delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2–7 working days
United States: 4–7 working days
Rest of world: 2–10 working days

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available worldwide for an additional charge at checkout.

Express delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Please note that choosing express shipping does not reduce production time. Your personalised item may still take up to 5 working days to make before it is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, delivery may occasionally take longer.

Because every item is made especially for you, please allow for both production time and delivery time when ordering for a particular date or occasion.
